I built the thing
I wish had existed.
Golf found me at a driving range in the UK. I was imagining my managing director's face on every ball. I have never looked back.
I didn't pick the game up properly until years later — when I joined a golf club and walked in as the youngest female member by about 30 years, with no friends who played and no idea how to navigate a world that wasn't really built for me. I just had a stubborn feeling that golf had something for me. Turns out, I was right.
Before building ACE, I spent years working inside the golf industry — food and beverage, membership management, corporate golf, events, strategy, development. I became a Get Into Golf accredited coach. I became a Personal Leadership and Empowerment Coach. I kept coming back to the same question: why is it still so hard for women to find their way into this game?
ACE is my answer to that question. Same programs. Same Kelly. A community that was always supposed to exist — and now does.
